Smooth read, well-defined content explained, a bit repetitive in parts but necessary to cement the concepts in the chapters. Would buy it again without a second thought.

Very intriguing. Read it in one go. Hopefully, I can apply some lessons. Recommended.

I was skeptical about books that teach negotiation, but this one, besides being entertaining, taught me techniques that worked in two out of three cases.

This book is very interesting and full of useful tips not just for negotiating but also for simple conversations. A must-read.
