How does the shipping work?

Once your order has been processed, the physical book is carefully packaged and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days. I can't complete the ebook download – what should I do?

If you haven’t received the email with the link, please check your spam folder. Otherwise, contact us at shop@influenzamentale.com and we’ll solve the issue.

How to solve the issue

  • Possible cause:
    File already downloaded 5 times:
    the link will not allow further downloads. In this case, contact us at shop@influenzamentale.com to receive a new link and reactivate the download.
  • Outdated or incompatible browser: try another browser or update the one you’re using.
  • Unstable connection: make sure you have a stable network or signal during the download.
  • If the issue persists, contact us and we’ll guide you step-by-step until the download is completed.

What happens if the book arrives damaged or incorrect?

If the book you received is damaged or does not match your order, follow these steps:

Take clear photos of the damage or error

Send a photo along with your order number to shop@influenzamentale.com. We’ll send you a new copy at no cost and will provide the tracking code as soon as it’s available.
